5-9 Power Skating

Power Skating

Our power skating program focuses on developing the fundamental skating skills that every hockey player needs to perform with speed, balance, control, and confidence.

Each session consists of a series of progressive drills designed to improve:

• Forward and backward skating

• Starting and stopping

• Edge control

• Crossovers

• Power turns

• Stride and skating technique

• Balance

• Agility

• Overall skating power and efficiency

Through focused instruction and repetition, skaters develop stronger skating mechanics, improved edge control, and greater confidence on the ice.
