Adult Hockey Skills

We offer co-ed adult hockey sessions for ages 19+, designed for beginner to intermediate players looking to improve their skills in a fun, relaxed, and supportive environment.

Sessions cover the fundamentals of the game, including:

• Skating

• Passing

• Shooting

• Puck skills

• Small-area games

You don't need to be an advanced player to participate. If you can skate forwards and backwards, stop, and pass, you're ready to join us!

Whether you're new to hockey or looking to sharpen your skills and enjoy some ice time, our adult sessions are a great way to develop your game while having fun on the ice.
